What we collect

• Your name, email and shipping address, to fulfil and ship your order.
• Your researcher and age confirmation, which we must retain as a record of eligibility.
• Order and lot records, for traceability and recall.
• Never your full card number. Checkout is handled by our payment provider and card data does not reach our systems.
• Basic anonymous analytics.

Why

To fulfil orders, to meet traceability obligations on research materials, to answer support, to meet tax and accounting requirements, and to prevent fraud.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information, to anyone, at any price.
• We do not share your purchase history with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not send marketing you did not opt into.

Who we share with

Only the providers needed to operate: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and hosting. Each gets the minimum required. We may disclose where legally compelled.

Retention

Order and eligibility records for as long as law and traceability require. Support email up to two years.

Your rights

Access, correction and deletion on request to support@primesourcelabs.com, answered within 30 days. This includes GDPR rights in the EU and UK, and CCPA rights in California, where we confirm we do not sell personal information as defined there. Note that eligibility and traceability records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.
