Quality

Every lot is tested, and you get the paperwork

A purity number on a product page is worth nothing without the document behind it. Every batch we release is tested by an independent laboratory and the certificate is published against the lot number before that batch goes on sale.

What is tested

HPLC for purity, reported as area percent at 214 nm.
Mass spectrometry for identity, confirming observed against theoretical molecular weight.
Appearance and solubility checked at release.
Water content on lyophilised material.

Reading your certificate

The lot number is printed on the vial label and on the packing slip. It matches the certificate emailed with your dispatch confirmation. If the two do not match, do not use the material, and email us and we will replace it.

Handling and storage

Store sealed vials at minus 20 degrees Celsius, protected from light.
Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.
Handle in a controlled laboratory environment with appropriate personal protective equipment.
Dispose of material and containers in accordance with your institution's procedures and local regulations.

What we will not provide. We do not publish or supply reconstitution instructions for administration, dosage, protocols, cycles or application guidance of any kind. These are laboratory reference materials and our documentation is limited to identity, purity and safe handling.

Requesting a certificate before you buy

Email support@primesourcelabs.com with the product name and we will send the current lot certificate. You do not need to have ordered.
