They are not for human or veterinary use, human consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use or any clinical application, and they have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any comparable authority.
By ordering you certify that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or ordering for a research institution, that the material will be used only for lawful in vitro research, and that it will not be administered to a human or an animal. This certification is a condition of sale.
We make no claim, express or implied, that any product treats, cures, prevents, mitigates or diagnoses any disease or condition, or produces any effect in a human or an animal. We provide no dosage, administration or protocol guidance and will not do so on request.
You may not administer these materials to humans or animals, resell or repackage them, supply them for human use, or use them in any clinical or diagnostic setting. Doing so is a material breach, terminates all warranties, and you indemnify us against any resulting claim.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where the buyer indicates an intended human use. Refused orders are refunded in full.
Published purity is the minimum released against. The measured value for your lot is on its certificate of analysis, which governs.
To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We accept no liability whatsoever arising from any use of these materials outside in vitro research, including any human or veterinary administration, which is prohibited by clause 4. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Regulations differ by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming that importing, possessing, handling, using and disposing of these materials is lawful where you are, and for any licence or approval required.
